固网用户感知提升健康档案系统建设

随着宽带以及电视业务的不断发展,对业务的开通、服务保障的支撑能力提出了更高的要求。为了对装维、客服保障等工作提供进一步有效支持,提供客户使用业务故障的快速诊断、精准定位能力,引入用户健康档案系统。文章用户健康档案系统主要收集运营商B/O域相关系统数据,并通过该系统该指标体系建模实现建立用户健康档案、对用户健康状态画像,最终实现用户健康状况分析以及预警。
