支气管哮喘患者急性发作期以及症状缓解期影像学检查和肺功能检测的结果分析

Analysis of the results of imaging examination and pulmonary function test in patients with bronchial asthma during acute attack and symptom relief

目的:探究在支气管哮喘患者急性发作期和症状缓解期采用影像学检查和肺功能监测的应用价值。方法:研究对象选取98例本院支气管哮喘患者,按照患者不同病期进行分组,实验组患者为急性发作期(49例),对照组患者为症状缓解期(49例),对比两组患者的影像学检查和肺功能检测结果。结果:实验组患者影像学检查异常率为高于对照组患者,存在差异(P<0.05);实验组患者在指标上较为优异,与对照组患者,存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:对支气管哮喘患者采用影像学检查和肺功能检查,能够对患者不同疾病分期进行鉴别,并以此为基础进行个性化治疗方案,能够提升临床疗效。

Objective To explore the application value of imaging examination and pulmonary function monitoring in patients with bronchial asthma during acute attack and symptom relief.Methods A total of 98 patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital were selected according to different stages of the disease.The patients in the experimental group were in the acute attack period(49 cases),and the patients in the control group were in the symptom relief period(49 cases).Results of imaging studies and lung function tests.Results The abnormal rate of imaging examination in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,there was a difference(P<0.05);the index of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Imaging examination and lung function examination for patients with bronchial asthma can distinguish patients'different disease stages,and use this as a basis for personalized treatment plan,which can improve clinical efficacy.
