超声联合血HCG对宫外孕的临床诊断价值

Clinical diagnostic value of ultrasound combined with blood HCG in ectopic pregnancy

目的:探究超声结合血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)诊断宫外孕的临床诊断价值。方法:选取2017年3月至2019年9月本院收治的高度疑似宫外孕患者33例,对33例高度疑似宫外孕患者进行血(HCG)和孕酮测定,联合彩色超声测定内容并记录结果。结果:33例高度宫外孕怀疑者共有32名确诊了宫外孕,经腹经阴彩色超声联合血HCG的方法诊断出了31例患者宫外孕,其中卵巢妊娠存在3例,输卵管妊娠存在27例;有1例被误诊,最终确诊的病理疾病属于宫内孕合并卵巢黄体破裂,联合诊断的准确率是96.77%,联合诊断的误诊率是3.23%。结论:在对宫外孕的临床诊断中,彩色超声联合血HCG的方法有较高的准确率,可以较快的检测诊断宫外孕,是检测宫外孕可行的办法,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of ultrasound combined with human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Thirty-three patients with highly suspected ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to September 2019 were selected.Blood(HCG)and progesterone were measured in 33 patients with highly suspected ectopic pregnancy.Results A total of 32 patients with high suspicion of ectopic pregnancy were diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy.Thirty-one patients were diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy by transabdominal transvaginal color ultrasound combined with blood HCG,including 3 cases of ovarian pregnancy and 27 cases of tubal pregnancy.One case was misdiagnosed,and the final diagnosis was intrauterine pregnancy complicated with luteal rupture.The accuracy rate of the combined diagnosis was 96.77%,and the misdiagnosis rate of the combined diagnosis was 3.23%.Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,the method of color ultrasound combined with blood HCG has a high accuracy rate,which can detect and diagnose ectopic pregnancy quickly.It is a feasible method to detect ectopic pregnancy and is worth popularizing.
