摘要 为了实现对物体表面温度的监控,找准物体的发热点,设计了一种动态温度监测系统。系统基于红外阵列传感器MLX90640,以STM32F401RCT6为核心,通过I2C读取ML90640所采集到的目标温度值,通过DMA串口传给上位机软件,上位机软件对温度数据进行处理可实时显示测量区域的温度数据。实验表明,系统可同时监测目标区域内的768个温度点的温度变化情况,准确定位发热点位置。采用非接触式测温方式,便于安装使用。 In order to monitor the surface temperature of the object and find the hot spot of the object,a dynamic temperature monitoring system is designed.The system is based on the infrared array sensor MLX90640,with STM32 F401 RCT6 as the core,reads the targettemperature value collected by MLX90640 through I2C,and transmits it to the upper computer software through DMA serial port.The upper computer software can process the temperature data and display the temperature data of the measurement area in real time.Experiments show that the system can monitor the temperature changes of 768 temperature points in the target area at the same time,and locate the hot spot accurately.The non-contact temperature measurement method is adopted,which is convenient for installation and use.
