随着信息技术的飞速发展,信息化已经成为社会各行业发展的趋势。论文针对A省工商局智慧工商信息化项目的特点,重点研究了进度管理在本项目中的应用。在进度管理过程中,针对各个任务活动时间的不确定性,运用计划评审技术结合甘特图和关键路径法的方式进行定量分析、概率分析,使进度管理和控制更加直观,对进度的优化也更准确。本系统的进度管理研究不仅适用于本项目,对国内外各级政府机构和企业的信息化建设也具有普遍的借鉴意义。

With the rapid development of information technology,informatization has become the development trend of various industries in society.The thesis focuses on the characteristics of the smart industrial and commercial informatization project of the Provincial Bureau of Industry and Commerce,and focuses on the application of schedule management in this project.In the progress management process,aiming at the uncertainty of the time of each task activity,the use of plan review technology combined with Gantt chart and critical path method for quantitative analysis and probability analysis makes the progress management and control more intuitive,and the optimization of progress is also more acurrate.The progress management research of this system is not only applicable to this project,but also has a general reference significance for the information construction of government agencies and enterprises at all levels at home and abroad.
