境外中国公民防范与应对宾馆恐怖袭击对策探析

Discussion on Overseas Chinese Citizens' Preparation and Response Measures of Terrorist Attack on Hotels Abroad

境外宾馆一直都是恐怖袭击的重灾区,自杀式汽车炸弹袭击、人体炸弹袭击、预设爆炸物袭击、枪击与投掷爆炸物袭击是恐怖分子惯用的方式,对与日俱增的境外中国公民的生命安全构成严重威胁。防范境外宾馆恐怖袭击,需做好应对恐怖袭击准备,慎重选择宾馆,注意观察宾馆进出路线、逃生通道及周边情况,科学选择房间位置,避免高风险行为方式;当恐怖袭击发生时,需做出近乎本能的避险反应,保持镇定,快速判明情况,有效躲避,快速逃离现场或积极待援,做好被劫为人质的思想准备,配合好警方的解救行动。

Hotels abroad have always been the target of terrorist attacks.Suicide car bomb attacks,human bomb at-tacks,preset explosives attacks,shooting and throwing explosives attacks are the common means of trrorists,posing a serious threat to the lives of the growing number of overseas Chinese citizens.To guard against terrorist attacks on hotels abroad,overseas Chinese should make such corresponding preparations as carefully choosing hotels,closely observing the hotel's entry and exit routes,escape routes and surrounding conditions,scientifically selecting the lo-cation of rooms,and avoiding high-risk behavior.When a terrorist attack occurs,it is necessary to instinctively take some response measures to avoid risks,including keeping calm to identify the situation quickly,evading attacks ef-fectively,escaping from the scene immediately or waiting for help actively,and make preparation for being taken hostage and cooperate with the police rescue operation if so.
