摘要
依托广东电网承担的国家能源局首批能源互联网示范项目,开展能源互联网关键技术及市场机制的研究,建成了城市—园区两级“互联网+”智慧能源示范区,提出了符合互联网建设技术特点的物理—信息—应用三层建设模式,分工明确,协同高效;研究建设以柔直为特征的新型配网技术形态,有效提高能源网架运行与调控灵活性;低压直流微电网在支持分布式能源接入与协调控制、减少损耗等方面具有明显优势。制定的“智慧能源”大数据云平台系统建设框架,可满足多种形式能源数据接入与集成、数据高安全性要求,支持互联网化业务及多市场主体互动。多项运营机制以及商业模式为实现多能源横向协同,“源—网—荷—储”纵向互动提供了机制模式支撑。
Guangdong Power Grid Co.,Ltd.,has organized an urban-park two-level"internet+"smart energy pilot project supporting energy consumption revolution in the city of Zhuhai,to meet the opportunities and challenges of the development of the energy Internet.The achievements of this project will be introduced in this paper,including proposed an effective and efficient internet-like three-layer framework which consisted of physical-data-application layers;investigated the application of VSC-HVDC in distribution system to improve distribution system operation flexibility;discovered the advantage of low-voltage dc-microgrid regarding distributed generation integration,coordinated control and loss mitigation;built a cloud platform to support energy data integration,data protection and market participant interaction;established a series of market mechanisms to promote interactions between different forms of energies as well as the interactions between distribution-consumption-storage and ultimately ecosystem.
