摘要
近年来由于地质灾害原因造成输电线路杆塔倾倒的事故时有发生,对电网稳定运行构成了较大威胁,为了防止输电杆塔倾斜、沉降、位移等因素引起的电力事故,因此,基于岩土地质、气象预报、卫星遥感等技术,以电网基础设施及周边地质灾变体(滑坡、泥石流)为对象,建设一套集远程监测,区域预警,灾情上报及信息发布于一体的输电线路地质灾害监测预警系统,用于输电线路灾情实时预报。
In recent years,the accidents of transmission line tower overturning caused by geological hazards often occur,which poses a great threat to the stable operation of power grid.In order to prevent the electric power accidents caused by factors such as the inclination,settlement and displacement of transmission tower,based on geotechnical,meteorological prediction,satellite remote sensing and other technologies,the power grid Foundation is established.Taking the surrounding geological hazards(landslides and debris flows)as the object,a monitoring and early warning system for geological hazards of transmission lines,which integrates remote monitoring,regional early warning,disaster reporting and information dissemination,is constructed,which can be used for real-time prediction of transmission line hazards and realizing the geological hazards of power grids.
