摘要
本研究紧紧围绕世界一流战略部署,以提升电网工程环水保管控水平为要求,通过引入物联网、互联网+、云计算、人工智能等新技术,整合多源遥感数据、工程环水保专项设计资料、数码照片等信息,形成了从信息获取、信息处理、信息共享到智能分析,面向电网工程环水保监管的空天地一体化技术体系。实践表明,该体系实现了对电网工程建设中环水保实施情况的全方位监测,包括环水保信息的数字化、过程管理以及落实情况核查,能有效提升电网工程环水保精益化管控水平。
To improve the level of environmental protection and water&soil conservation of power network engineering,this research focused on the world-class strategic deployment,and carried out the technology system of air-space-ground integration Supervision of environmental protection and water&soil conservation of power network engineering by introducing new technologies such as Internet of Things,Internet+,cloud computing,intelligent analysis,integrating multi-source remote sensing data,design information,digital photos and other information,and forming an integration technology system for information processing,information sharing and intelligent analysis.Practices show that the technology system has realized all-round monitoring of environmental protection and water&soil conservation of power network engineering,including the digitization of environmental protection and water&soil conservation information,process management and verification of implementation,which can effectively improve the level of management ofenvironmental protection and water&soil conservation in power network engineering.
