摘要
增量配电改革是2015年新一轮电改的重要内容之一,然而增量配电改革进展较缓。增量配电项目前期工作不充分以及价格机制不成熟是目前增量配电改革存在的主要问题。本文就这些问题进行了分析,并据此提出了相关建议。
Incremental distribution reform is one of the important contents of this round electricity reform.The main problems existing in incremental power distribution reform are insufficient preliminary work and immature price mechanism.This paper analyzes these problems and puts forward some Suggestions accordingly.
