退伍复学大学生适应校园的问题与应对措施研究

Study on Problems and Countermeasures of Retired College Students’Adaptation to Campus

退伍复学大学生在适应校园生活方面还存在复学思想准备不足、难以适应校园环境、学业困惑和社交障碍等问题,针对问题提出加强心理疏导、促使转变思想,提供展示平台、增强自信心,给予温暖关怀、融入校园生活,"三对一"帮扶、提升学业成绩,强化学习培训、提高社交能力等方面对策,促使退伍复学大学生更好地适应大学生活。

In order to adapt to the campus life,the retired college students still have some problems,such as insufficient preparation for returning to school,difficulty in adapting to campus environment,academic confusion and social barriers.In view of these problems,the paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as strengthening psychological counseling,promoting the transformation of ideas,providing a display platform,enhancing self-confidence,giving warm care and integrating into campus life,“three to one”support,improving academic performance,reinforcing learning and training and improving social ability,so as to enhance the retired college students to better adapt to college life.
