新工科背景下民办本科院校实践育人教学体系探索

Exploration on Practical Educational System in Non-governmental Undergraduate Universities under the Background of“New Engineering”

新工科对民办本科高校的实践育人教学体系提出了新要求,围绕“三纵三横”指导思路,拓展实践育人教学体系内涵,对实践基地建设、师资队伍建设、实践教材建设和体系评价机制等方面进行深层次探索。为了促进民办本科高校工科专业实践基地综合发展,提出需要加强产学合作协同育人教育体系的构建,实现应用型人才培养与社会需求的全面对接,提升人才的市场竞争力。这些建议可以为民办本科高校新工科育人体系建设提供理论基础和可持续发展参考。

Under the background of“New Engineering”,this paper deals with non-governmental undergraduate universities,and puts forward new requirements for the practical educational system.Firstly,this paper considers the"three verticals and three horizontals"guidance ideas.Secondly,it expands the connotation of the practical educational system,including the construction of practice base,teaching staff,practical textbook and evaluation mechanism.Moreover,it can promote the comprehensive development of engineering bases in non-governmental undergraduate universities,and strengthen the construction of an industry-academia collaborative education system,and realize the full integration of applied talent cultivation and social needs,and enhance the market competitiveness of talents.Finally,it provides a theoretical basis and a reference for sustainable development for new engineering education system of non-governmental undergraduate universities.
