Countermeasures for the Development of Rural Characteristic Industry in Shenyang

通过对沈阳(县域)乡村特色产业发展现状的研究,分析了存在的主要问题,提出了壮大优势产业、发展“飞地”经济、促进产业融合和体制机制创新等几个方面的对策建议,以助力沈阳乡村特色产业发展。认为加快推进沈阳乡村特色产业发展是实现乡村产业振兴的重要内容,对于激发乡村活力,补齐县域经济短板,建设幸福沈阳具有重要意义。

Through researching the development status of rural characteristic industries in Shenyang(county area),this article analyzes the main problems and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening advantageous industries,developing“enclave economy”,promoting industrial integration and system and mechanism innovation in order to boost the development of rural characteristic industries in Shenyang.It believes that accelerating the development of rural characteristic industries in Shenyang is an important part of realizing the revitalization of rural industries,and is of great significance for stimulating rural vitality,filling the county economic shortcomings and building a happy Shenyang.
