针刺面瘫患者足三里穴引起的面部肌肉抽动现象探析 被引量:1

摘要 临床中对“气至而有效”的循经感传关注较多,而对气至之后的治疗感应关注较少。针刺部分面瘫患者足三里穴时感传线并不明显,而患侧面部肌肉出现了抽动现象,这种现象即为治疗感应(“首尾分离”现象或“浮越外溢”反应)。其发生机制尚不十分清楚,可能与患者的身体状态、疾病种类、病变部位、穴位特异性及针刺手法等因素有相关性,体现了腧穴、经络的动态性及循经感传的趋病性、多样性。
