摘要 针对自动化生产线生产过程信息实时掌握困难、可视化程度低等问题,研究了面向中小型自动化生产线的可视化监控系统。通过对自动化生产线的可视化需求分析,设计了可视化监控系统的总体技术框架,阐述了基于OPC技术的自动化生产线数据采集和传输、生产线信息模型构建和基于生产线布局的可视化监控这3项关键技术。最后以某企业自动化生产线为应用实例开发了一套可视化监控系统,实现了自动化生产线生产过程可视化监控以及生产线资源管理等功能。在企业的实际应用中验证了该系统的可行性与可靠性。 Aiming at the problems of difficulties in grasping of production process information in real-time and the low degree of visualization in automatic production lines,a visual monitoring system for small and medium-sized automatic production lines was studied.Based on the analyses of visual requirements of automated production lines,an overall technical framework of visual monitoring system was designed.The three key technologies of data acquisition and transmission for automated production lines based on OPC technology,construction of production line information model and visual monitoring were described based on production line layouts.Finally,a set of visual monitoring system was designed for an enterprise's automatic production line,which realized the functions of visual monitoring of production processes in automatic production lines and production line resource management.The feasibility and reliability of the system were verified in the practical applications of the enterprise.
