浅谈脱硫废水的深度处理

简要介绍了火力发电厂烟气脱硫废水的成分、特性以及传统三联箱处理工艺,根据经过混凝沉淀预处理后的脱硫废水的水质特点,制定出了脱硫废水深度处理工艺,详细介绍了废水深度处理工艺流程、预调节单元、DTRO膜分离技术以及冲洗化学清洗单元。经DTRO膜分离后的废水回用水水质优良,满足脱硫区域工艺水要求,为实现废水减量及零排放创造条件。

The paper introduces composition and characteristics of FGD wastewater in thermal power plant and traditional triplet tank treatment process briefly.Based on water quality characteristics of FGD wastewater pretreated by coagulation and sedimentation,it developes advanced treatment process of FGD wastewater,introduces process flow,preregulation unit,DTRO membrane separation technology and flushing chemical cleaning unit in details.Wastewater after DTRO membrane separation has good quality,can meet requirements of process water in desulfurization area,which creates conditions for wastewater reduction and zero discharge.
