摘要
通过对支承辊辊颈断裂的断口形貌及止推环结构分析,确定该辊辊颈断裂原因为止推环与辊身、辊颈连接大R处形成干涉,在辊颈表面发生异常挤压磨损引发裂纹源,表面裂纹源进一步向内部扩展导致辊颈断裂。通过进一步优化止推环结构,避免与辊颈表面之间形成干涉,可减少或避免此类事故的产生。
Through the analysis of the fracture morphology and thrust ring structure of the backup roll,the fracture causes of the roll neck were determined.So far,the push ring interfered with the connection R between the roll body and neck,and abnormal extrusion and wear on the surface of the neck caused the crack source,and then it spreads further inward and causes roll neck fracture.By further optimizing the structure of thrust ring and avoiding the interference with the neck,the occurrence of such accidents can be reduced or avoided.
