摘要
为了能够消除或降低零件在机床夹具中定位时的定位误差值,以及零件单一定位方法的不足;提出针对阶台型轴类零件加工的多种零件定位方案;并对不同定位方案的定位误差值做详尽计算,同时对零件不同定位方案的定位误差值做详细对比分析,总结出阶台型轴类零件最优定位方案;结果表明:将阶台型轴类零件大圆柱面放于平面上定位时定位误差值最小。
In order to eliminate or reduce the positioning error value of the parts in the fixture,as well as the deficiency of the single positioning method of the parts,this paper puts forward a variety of parts positioning schemes for the processing of stage type shaft parts,makes a detailed calculation of the positioning error value of different positioning schemes,and makes a detailed comparative analysis of the positioning error value of different positioning schemes of the parts,and summarizes the stage The results show that the positioning error is the smallest when the large cylinder of the stage shaft is placed on the plane.
