新时代贵州省妇女特色手工产业发展初探——以台江县民族手工艺品行业协会为例

A Preliminary Exploration for the Women’s Handicraft Industry of Guizhou Province in a New Era:Taking Taijiang County’s Ethic Handicraft Art Industry Association as an Example

文章以台江县民族手工艺品行业协会为例,通过对比协会成立前后台江妇女特色手工产业发展情况,探索其对贵州妇女特色手工产业的启示,总结其存在的问题并提出解决方案。研究结果表明:三年时间里,台江县民族手工艺品行业协会保持初心、以人为本,通过强化产业平台、优化资源配置、搭建学习平台等方式,将台江县妇女特色手工产业发展到了一个新高度。同时,在文化传承、促进文旅融合发展、脱贫攻坚、解决妇女就业、留守儿童等诸多方面做出了一定的贡献。但是,台江县妇女特色手工产业依然存在缺乏内源动力和市场活力、缺少特色商品和品牌构建、产业结构不太合理等问题,需要从提高主观能动性、重视文化挖掘和品牌开发、优化产业结构进行改进。

Taijiang County’s Ethnic Handicraft Art Industry Association has brought brilliant enlightenments to the development of women’s characteristics handicrafts industry in Taijiang County even in Gui Zhou province.Takingthis association as an example,by contrasting the developing status before and after the establishement of it,the author tries to explore the enlightenment brought by it,as well as the flaws owned by it and propose solutions.Researches demonstrate that over the past 3 years,Taijiang County’s Ethnic Handicraft Art Industry Associationhas been committed to the founding aspiration and stayed faithfully to people-first principle,and has developed Taijinag county’swomen’s characteristics handicraft industry to a new and high level through methods such as strenghthening the industry platform,promoting the distribution of resouces,and building learning platform etc.Meantime,this organization has made some contributions in sectors such as cultural bequeathing,culture and tourism’s integral developing,poverty alleviating,new jobs creating for women,and leftover children problem solving etc.However,problems like inner driver power,the vitality of market’s inadequation,less of characteristics commodity,less of resonable industrial structure still lie in this industry.The author suggests that practitioners could solve these problems through motivating the initiatives,pay more attentions to digging the value of culture and band,and promoting industrial structure.
