摘要
作为“共同体”构建体系中的核心内容,边境地区各民族的交往交流交融应始终贯穿于整个“一带一路”建设的理论与实践当中。其中,互利共赢的贸易交往是“共同体”构建体系的利益前提,互学互鉴的文化交流是“共同体”构建体系的思想基础,稳定安宁的社会交融是“共同体”构建体系的稳定支撑。认为推动边境地区贸易交往、文化交流和社会交融的边境民族教育,应通过培养跨文化人才、搭建教育交流平台、开展中华文化认同教育来完成“实现民心相通、弥合文化冲突、培育共同体意识”的“一带一路”建设使命。
The idea of association,communication and blending should not only limit to building Chinese nation community,but run through the theory and practice of Belt and Road Initiative as a core in building of a community.In this idea,the trading association is build on the premise of mutual benefit and win-win situation.The cultural communication is founded on the mutual learning.Social cooperation supports the stabilization and the well-being of the community.Education for ethnic groups in the border areas,with the aims of promoting the trade and business,cultural communication and social cooperation,sets the mission and goal of implementing the Belt and Road Initiative with connectivity of people,patch-up of the cultural conflicts and cultivating the awareness of a community.
