摘要
坚持有规必依、执规必严、违规必究是当前党内法治建设的重心所在。这就要求我们建立坚实的依规治党制度体系、常态化的党内法规解释制度、有效的党内法规备案审查制度、科学的党内法规实施后评估制度,以形成有力的党内法规实施保障体系,确保党内法规体系良好实施。
It is the focus of the current construction of the rule of law in the Party to adhere to the rule of law,enforce the rule of law,and investigate violations.This requires us to establish a solid system of Party management according to regulations,a normal system of interpretation of Party laws and regulations,an effective system of filing and review of Party laws and regulations,and a scientific system of post implementation evaluation of Party laws and regulations,so as to form a strong guarantee system for the implementation of Party laws and regulations and ensure the good implementation of Party laws and regulations.
