自然制衡:马克思人本理论视域下的权力良知去蔽机制

Natural Checks and Balances:The Demasking Mechanism of Power Conscience from the Perspective of Marx’s Human Nature

从人的社会关系的总和本质出发,权力良知理论探索实现社会监督、治理权力失范和异化问题的非政治路径。马克思的人的社会关系的总和本质经福柯的多重权力关系理论可以化约为人的权力关系总和本质。这一总和结构中交织叠加着政治权力、经济权力和精神文化权力。作为政治权力公共性呈现的伦理表征,权力良知是权力关系的总和结构由不均衡向均衡质态的飞跃过程。相应地,权力良知遭遇遮蔽,是相关共同体中诸种权力形态力量失衡的结果:他权力不能有效节制政治权力,反而借助权力关系总和这一关联形式消解政治权力的自我制约。因而,在权力关系的总和结构中,三种基本权力相互关联、较力内生出的政治权力主体优化、客体主体化与诸种权力预期比较的自然制衡机制,构成权力良知去蔽化的基本图式。

Starting from the essence of human social relations, the theory of power conscience explores the non political path to achieve social supervision, governance of power anomie and alienation. Marxs essence of the sum of human social relations can be transformed, reduced or switched to the essence of the sum of human power relations by Foucault’s theory of multiple power relations. There are three basic power relations of political power, economic power and spiritual and cultural power in this summation structure. As an ethical representation of the publicity of political power, power conscience is a leap process of the total structure of power relations from disequilibrium to equilibrium. Correspondingly, the power conscience are concealed, which is the result of the imbalance of various power forms of the relevant community: other power can not effectively control political power, and on the contrary, by virtue of the correlation form of the sum of power relations, the self-restriction of political power is eliminated. Therefore, in the summation structure of power relations, the three basic powers are interrelated and competing with each other,thus producing a natural check and balance mechanism of the optimization of the political power subject, the subjectification of the object and the comparison of various power expectations, which constitute the basic schema of the demasking mechanism of power conscience.
