潮鸣街道"小天竺、知足弄社区综合整治工程"是杭州市首批13个老旧住宅小区综合改造提升试点项目之一。工程项目利用综合改造的优势,以立面整治、管线入地等"10+X"为内容补齐十项居住短板,已成为杭州市"康养文化型"老旧小区的样板。

"Comprehensive renovation project of Xiaotianzhu community and Zhizunong community"at Chaoming Street is one of the first 13 pilot projects of comprehensive renovation and upgrading of old communities in Hangzhou.Using the advantages of comprehensive transformation,the project complements ten short residential boards with the contents of"10+X"such as facade renovation and pipeline entering the underground,which has become the model of Hangzhou's"health-care culture type"old community.
