Experiences and model innovation in the construction of a livable community for the elderly

中国已经快速进入老龄社会,大部分老年人住在城市老旧住宅,居住环境不适合老年人的问题日益凸显,造成国家和个人沉重的负担。疫情之后,国家"新基建"和"老旧小区改造"新一轮投资建设,应大力推动"适老宜居社区",启动老旧小区环境适老化改造工程,打通环境适老化建设的行业全链条,构建社区一站式多元化健康与养老服务体系,以社区健康驿站为抓手完善社区型康养服务,推动社区康养服务业发展。

China has quickly entered an aging society.Most of the elderly live in old urban dwellings,and the problem of an unsuitable living environment for the elderly has become increasingly prominent,which has caused a heavy burden on the state and individuals.After the epidemic,a new round of investment and construction of the country's"new infrastructure"and"renovation of old communities"should vigorously promote"livable communities for the elderly",start the aging-appropriate renovation system for old residential area,and open up the entire industry chain with an environment construction suitable for aging,build a one-stop health and elderly care community service system,use community health center as a starting point to promote the development of community-based health care service.
