智慧建筑国际标准(ISO)编制的目的和路径

The purpose and path of the International Standard(ISO)compilation for Smart Building

当今世界已进入由标准规范、制约市场的时代,有关国际标准的竞争日益激烈。近些年,我国的技术标准工作得到政府的重点关注与支持,团体标准的迅猛发展为我国进一步提升国际标准参与度提供了新的途径。社会团体作为我国标准化工作开展、管理、编制的重要承担者,对推进我国国际标准化进程有不可忽略的义务。本文通过对由中国城市科学研究会主导的ISO国际标准《智慧城市基础设施-智慧建筑信息化系统建造指南》这一案例标准编制路径的总结梳理,回顾了我国国际标准发展历程,并进一步探讨我国社会团体在国际标准编制中仍然存在的问题和提升空间。

Nowadays,the world has entered an era in which the market is restricted by regulations and standards and the competition of international standards is increasingly fierce.In recent years,China's technical standards work has been focused and supported by the government.The rapid development of group standards provides a new way for China to further enhance the participation of international standards.As an important undertaker of the development,management and compilation of China's standardization work,social organizations have the responsibility of promoting the process of international standardization in China..This paper reviews the development of international standards in China,and further discusses the problems and promotion space of Chinese social groups in the international standard preparation through summarizing and sorting out the ISO international standard"Smart City Infrastructure--Construction Guide of Smart Building Information System",which is led by China Urban Science Research Association.
