To tell the truth,when I first arrived in Chongqing,I did not dare to touch the"red soup".When I ate hot pot,I ordered clear soup.Slowly I began to try mix pot of them both.Now,I will take the initiative to order red soup,because numb and spicy red soup is the real"Chongqing flavor".
