β受体阻滞剂治疗心力衰竭的疗效及安全性探究

Study on the Efficacy and Safety of β-blocker in the Treatment of Heart Failure

目的探讨常规抗心力衰竭药物与β受体阻滞剂合用对心力衰竭的作用及安全性。方法将本院2018年2月—2019年2月收治的100例心力衰竭患者纳入研究,随机分成对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组采取常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗,观察组采取常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗联合β受体阻滞剂治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的总有效率(92.00%)较对照组(70.00%)更高,χ^2=7.862,P=0.005;观察组的不良反应发生率(6.00%)与对照组的不良反应发生率(4.00%)相比差异无统计学意义,χ^2=0.211,P=0.646。结论常规抗心力衰竭药物联合β受体阻滞剂治疗心力衰竭能显著提高临床疗效,且不增加不良反应情况的发生。

Objective To explore the effect and safety of conventional antiheart failure drugs combined withβ-blockers on heart failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with heart failure treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were included in the study and randomly divided into a control group(n=50)and an observation group(n=50).The control group was treated with conventional anti-heart failure drugs.In the treatment,the observation group was treated with conventional anti-heart failure drugs combined withβ-blockers.The treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(92.00%)was higher than the control group(70.00%)(χ^2=7.862,P=0.005);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.00%)and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group(4.00%)compared with no significant difference(χ^2=0.211,P=0.646).Conclusion Conventional anti-heart failure drugs combined withβ-blockers can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of heart failure without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
