摘要
目的探究CT处理重建技术在肋骨骨折患者临床价值分析。方法2019年1月—2019年12月选取我院就诊的600例疑似肋骨骨折患者均进行CT重建技术检测(CT reconstruction technology,RT检测)和常规CT检测(computed tomography,CT检测)。通过分析RT检测和CT检测患者骨折部位、骨折数量、具体骨折类型的差异性来探究CT处理重建技术在肋骨骨折患者临床价值分析。结果结果表明,RT检测患者共诊断出2016根肋骨骨折,CT检测患者共诊断出864根肋骨骨折,其中,左侧骨折、多发骨折占绝大多数,检出率分别为14.00%、6.00%,RT检测和CT检测相比较,RT检测患者检出率显著高于CT检测(P<0.05)。由表可知,RT检测患者检出不同骨折类型分别821、39、941、215根,CT检测患者检出不同骨折类型分别为392、0、420、52根,RT检测和CT检测相比,RT检测患者检出骨折类型较全面,CT检测患者未检出凹陷性骨折(P<0.05)。结论采用CT处理重建技术对肋骨骨折进行诊断,可清晰反映患者肋骨空间结构,实现多角度、多方位观察,可进一步提高患者肋骨影像的清晰度及完备性,有助于明确早期肋骨骨折,对于临床治疗方案的制定具有十分积极的意义。
Objective To explore the clinical value of CT treatment and reconstruction technology in patients with rib fractures.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,600 patients with suspected rib fractures in our hospital were selected for CT reconstruction technology detection(RT detection)and conventional CT detection(CT detection).Through analysis of RT detection and CT detection of fracture sites and fractures.The differences in the number and specific fracture types were used to explore the clinical value of CT treatment and reconstruction technology in patients with rib fractures.Results The results showed that 2016 rib fractures were diagnosed by RT test patients,and 864 rib fractures were diagnosed by CT test patients.Among them,the left and multiple fractures accounted for the vast majority,with detection rates of 14.00%and 6.00%,respectively.Compared with CT detection,the detection rate of RT detection was significantly higher than that of CT detection(P<0.05).The table showed,RT detection patients detected 821,39,941,and 215 different fracture types,and CT detection patients detected different fracture types were 392,0,420,52,respectively.Compared with RT detection,The types of fractures detected by the patients were more comprehensive,and no depression fractures were detected by CT(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis of rib fractures using CT reconstruction reconstruction technology can clearly reflect the spatial structure of patients'ribs and achieve multi-angle and multi-directional observation.It can further improve the clarity and completeness of patients'rib images and help to identify early rib fractures.It has very positive significance for the formulation of clinical treatment plans.
