品管圈在提高康复科理疗操作规范率中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle in Improving the Standard Rate of Physical Therapy Operation in Rehabilitation

目的探讨品管圈在提高康复科理疗操作规范率中的应用效果。方法于2018年9月—2019年2月康复科开展品管圈活动,确立以“提高理疗操作规范率”为主题,运用品管圈管理方法,分析康复科在理疗操作过程中出现不规范的原因,制定对策及实施,比较品管圈活动前后理疗操作不规范率。结果通过开展品管圈活动,理疗操作不规范率由活动前的3.76%(79/2100)降为1.28%(27/2112)。结论应用品管圈管理方法可以有效提高康复科理疗操作规范率,同时提高了护士的理疗相关理论知识和实际操作能力。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle in improving the standard rate of physical therapy in rehabilitation department.Methods From September 2018 to February 2019,the rehabilitation department carried out quality control circle activities,with the theme of“improving the standard rate of physical therapy operation”as the theme.The management method of quality control circle was applied to analyze the causes of the nonstandard rate of physical therapy operation in the rehabilitation department,formulate countermeasures and implementation,and compare the nonstandard rate of physical therapy operation before and after the quality control circle activities.Results By carrying out quality control circle activities,the nonstandard rate of physical therapy operation decreased from 3.76%(79/2100)before the activity to 1.28%(27/2112).Conclusion The quality control circle management method can effectively improve the standard rate of physical therapy in rehabilitation department,and improve the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of nurses.
