摘要
挤出成型技术是聚合物加工的关键工艺手段,广泛应用于社会经济发展中的各个领域。现代挤出机具有直接进行电加热、空冷以及自动调温的作用。重视四腔压条的挤出模具机械设计分析,不仅可以实现自动化管理,也可有效降低环境污染。因此,主要对四腔压条的挤出模具机械设计进行分析研究。
Extrusion molding technology is the key technology means of polymer processing,in the social and economic development of extrusion mold in various fields widely used,modern extruder with direct electric heating,air cooling and automatic temperature control.By analyzing the mechanical design of the extrusion die with four-chamber layering,continuous production can be effectively realized by improving productivity and reducing energy consumption,which can not only realize automatic management,but also effectively reduce environmental pollution.In this paper,the mechanical design of extrusion die with four-cavity layering is analyzed and studied.
