轴承环是典型的薄壁零件,表面粗糙要求高,形位公差要求严格,夹紧易变形。针对轴承环的加工特点,简略介绍几种解决方法,对用磁力卡盘加工轴承环的夹具方案进行了详细说明。

The bearing ring is a typical thin-walled part with high requirements for surface roughness,strict requirements for form and position tolerance,and easy to be clamped and deformed.According to the processing characteristics of the bearing ring,this paper briefly introduces several solutions,and gives a detailed description of the fixture scheme for processing the bearing ring with magnetic chuck.
