某热室运输小车抗震计算与分析

摘要 某热室运输小车是某工艺运输系统重要的设备之一,作用是实现辐照后放射性物项在水池与热室间的转运,通过连接电源、机械组件在双规中运行,其中物项悬挂于运输小车之上进行转运。热室运输小车为双轨结构,运输小车安装于轨道之上,轨道与支撑间通过焊接与水池钢覆面固定连接在一起,其中抗震能力是评判运输小车性能的关键指标,将通过ANSYS对其进行抗震计算。 A heat chamber transport car is one of the important equipment of a process transport system.Its function is to realize the transfer of radioactive items between the pool and the heat chamber after irradiation.It operates in a dual gauge by connecting the power supply and mechanical components,and the items are suspended on the transport car for transfer.The hot chamber transport trolley is of double track structure,which is installed on the track,and the track and support are fixed and connected with the pool steel cover through welding.Its aseismic capability is the key index to evaluate the performance of transport vehicle.In this paper,the seismic calculation is carried out by ANSYS.
