基于粤港澳工程训练的拾放球机器人结构方案分析及设计

摘要 针对2019粤港澳大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛中对拾放球机器人设计的要求,依据机械原理、机械设计及机械制造技术基础的基本知识,选择合理的机器人小车结构及材料,设计出一款能够按照比赛要求快速且精确拾放多种类球的机器人小车。结果证明:该拾放球机器人小车装置结构设计合理,夹取牢固精准,拾放效率高。 According to the requirements for the design of the ball picking and releasing robot in the 2019 Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao University Students’engineering training comprehensive ability competition,based on the basic knowledge of mechanical principle,mechanical design and mechanical manufacturing technology,select a reasonable robot car structure and materials,and design a robot car that can pick and place various kinds of balls quickly and accurately according to the requirements of the competition.The competition results show that:The trolley device of the ball picking and releasing robot has reasonable structure design,firm and accurate clamping,and high picking and releasing efficiency.
