二维实数编码遗传算法在滚子链传动系统优化设计中的应用

摘要 滚子链传动系统的优化设计属于混合离散变量的非线性复杂优化问题。针对传统二进制编码遗传算法在机械设计中出现的进化过程缓慢、计算效率低、过早收敛等缺陷,利用先进遗传算法--二维实数编码,优化滚子链传动系统的设计。与传统优化结果相比,该方法具有收敛速度快、稳定性好等优点,可提高优化效率且实用性强。 The optimal design of roller chain drive system is a nonlinear and complex optimization problem with mixed discrete variables.In view of the shortcomings of traditional binary coded genetic algorithm in mechanical design,such as slow evolution process,low calculation efficiency and premature convergence,the design of roller chain drive system is optimized by using advanced genetic algorithm two-dimensional real number coding.Compared with the traditional optimization results,it is found that this method has the advantages of fast convergence speed,good stability,etc.,which can improve the optimization efficiency and reality Strong usability.
