摘要
空压机是钢铁企业中常用的耗电设备。随着企业规模的增长,压缩空气消耗量日益增加且运行时间长,而从设计上提高空压机系统效率具有巨大的节电潜力。因此,从空压站的配置入手,提出采用大型离心式空压机组承担全厂基本负荷、辅以中型空压机承担波动负荷及调峰从而实现系统性节能的设计方案。
Air compressor is the commonly used power consumption equipment in iron and steel enterprises.With the growth of enterprise scale,the consumption of compressed air is increasing day by day,and the operation time is long.Improving the efficiency of air compressor system is very important for power saving.Starting from the configuration of the air compressor station,this paper puts forward a design scheme that the large centrifugal air compressor unit is used to take the basic load of the whole plant,supplemented by the medium-sized air compressor to bear the fluctuating load and peak load regulation,so as to realize systematic energy saving.
