摘要
针对目前锂电池极片干燥工艺中烘箱真空度很难达到10Pa以下、干燥工艺时间过长的问题,提出一种优化的极片干燥工艺方案。通过增加一个放置极片的真空腔,对真空腔进行抽真空,大大提高了极片干燥效率,并降低了极片在工序转接过程中二次污染的风险,保证极片在组装前水含量达到要求,提高了锂电池的产品质量。
In order to solve the problem that the vacuum degree of the oven is difficult to reach below 10Pa and the drying time is too long in the current lithium battery electrode drying process,an optimized electrode drying process scheme is put forward.By adding a vacuum chamber to place the electrode and vacuuming the vacuum chamber,the drying efficiency of the electrode is greatly improved,and the risk of secondary pollution of the electrode in the process of transfer is reduced,so as to ensure that the water content of the electrode reaches the requirement before assembly,which improves the product quality of lithium battery.
