摘要
起落架所处特殊运用环境,使得其设计、加工及应用需要进行特别的优化处理,并选择最优的设计方案实施制造。因此,阐述并分析60主起外筒、131前起外筒、141主起活塞杆3个典型起落架零件设计和加工工艺优化过程,以提高典型件车铣加工效率和质量。
Because of the special application environment of landing gear,its design,processing and application need special optimization treatment,and the optimal design scheme is selected for manufacturing.This paper describes and analyzes the design and process optimization process of three typical landing gear parts,i.e.60 main lifting outer cylinder,131 front lifting outer cylinder and 141 main lifting piston rod,and draws the conclusion of improving the efficiency and quality of turning and milling of typical parts.
