摘要
在集装箱船舶大型化发展的背景下,港口岸边的集装箱起重机的作用越来越重要,并且必须要保证较高的装卸效率。受港口环境条件的限制,集装箱起重机的运行状态很容易受到各因素的影响。尤其是前期设计不合理导致吊具摆动强度过大的问题,不仅会降低装卸作业效率,还会增大作业安全隐患。吊具摆动导致装卸过程中对箱难度加大,需要花费更久的时间完成任务,还会影响司机操作的舒适性,部分情况下甚至会发生因为吊具摆动原因造成集装箱相撞而带来很多不必要的损失。因此,需要加强对集装箱起重机吊具防摇与防扭技术的研究,消除吊具的摆动,为高效安全地作业打好基础。
Under the background of large-scale development of container ships,the container cranes on the port shore play an increasingly important role,and must ensure high loading and unloading efficiency.Limited by the environmental conditions of the port,the operation state of the container crane is easily affected by various factors,especially the unreasonable design in the early stage,which leads to the excessive swing strength of the spreader,which will not only reduce the efficiency of loading and unloading operations,but also increase the hidden danger of operation safety.The swing of spreader makes it more difficult to load and unload the box,which takes longer time to complete the task,and also has a certain impact on the comfort of the driver.In addition,in some cases,the container will collide due to the swinging of the spreader,resulting in a lot of unnecessary losses.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the anti sway and anti Twist Technology of container crane spreader,eliminate the swinging of spreader,and lay a good foundation for efficient and safe operation.
