“一带一路”核心区支点城市建设视域下伊宁边民互市贸易格局重构及实现路径探析

The Feasibility Study of Yining Boarder Mutual Trading Patterns Re-construction from the Perspective of Fulcrum City Construction in Core Area of the Belt and Road

2015年以来,在国家支持沿边重点地区开发开放政策措施的指引和激励下,我国边境省区掀起了新一轮边民互市贸易发展的热潮。伊宁作为国家重点开发开放边境城市之一,应对其早年已投入运营的边民互市贸易格局进行重构,通过搭建“两个平台”,完善“四个保障”,运作“三个市场”,使独有的“城中互市”焕发生机,实现互市贸易转型升级发展,为加快伊宁“一带一路”核心区支点城市建设,为实现兴边富民、睦邻稳边的发展目标注入新能量。

Under the guidance and encouragement of the state policies which support to develop and open up key border regions,China's border provinces and autonomous regions have launched a new round of boom in the development of boarder mutual trades since 2015.Yining,as one of the key developing open border cities,is at the very time to reconstruct the boarder mutual trading patterns which have been operated for many years.Through building up two platforms,improving four guarantees and operating three markets,it will revitalize"the unique mutual trade in city"and realize mutual trade re-structuring and transformation development,inject new energy that would accelerate Yining's fulcrum city construction in core area of the Belt and Road,and fufill the goal of prospering frontier,enriching people,maintaining good neighborliness and stability.
