摘要
提出了一种基于现场总线的工业机器人基础实训装置改造方案,该方案以S7-1200 PLC为一级主站,西门子TP700为二级主站,S7-200 SMART PLC、ABB工业机器人为一级从站,SINAMICS V20基本型变频器为二级从站。重点研究了主站与各从站的通信方式。
A fieldbus-based industrial robot basic training device transformation scheme is proposed.The scheme uses S7-1200 PLC as the primary station,Siemens TP700 as the secondary station,S7-200 SMART PLC and ABB industrial robot as the first level.From the station,the SINAMICS V20 basic inverter is a secondary slave.The research focuses on the communication methods between the primary station and each secondary station.
