长效缓释阻垢颗粒的制备及其性能 被引量:3

Preparation and properties of long-term sustained release scale inhibition particles

摘要 以硅藻土与高岭土为无机载体通过氢键自组装负载阻垢剂2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷(PBTCA),并与聚乙烯醇复合,制备了长效缓释功能阻垢颗粒。利用FTIR,SEM,TG,EDS等方法对颗粒成分及含量进行表征,研究了影响PBTCA释放的因素,同时考察了缓释阻垢颗粒的长效缓释性能及其对钙离子的阻垢性能。实验结果表明,缓释阻垢颗粒适宜的制备条件为:PBTCA负载量40%(w)左右,无机载体含量25%~40%(w),m(硅藻土)∶m(高岭土)在1∶3.5~1∶4之间,交联剂含量0.5%~2.0%(w)。有机和无机载体双重控释过程使阻垢颗粒实现60d长效缓释效果。当缓释阻垢颗粒的投放量为20000mg/L时,PBTCA释放量稳定在110~120mg/L之间,对钙离子含量为1000mg/L的水样阻垢率达到95%以上。 The diatomite and kaolin were used as inorganic carriers to self-assemble scale inhibitor 2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid(PBTCA)by hydrogen bonding,then compounded with polyvinyl alcohol to prepare scale inhibition particles(SIP)with a long-term sustained release function.The composition and content of SIP were characterized by SEM,FTIR,TG and EDS.The factors influencing the release of PBTCA were studied.The long-term slow-release properties and scale-inhibition properties against calcium ions of SIP were also investigated.The results showed that the suitable preparation conditions of SIP were as follows:PBTCA loading about 40%(w),inorganic carrier content 25%-40%(w),m(diatomite)∶m(kaolin)1∶3.5-1∶4,the content of crosslinker 0.5%-2.0%(w).The dual controlled release process of organic and inorganic carriers enables scale inhibitor particles to achieve a long-term sustained release effect for 60 d.The release amount of PBTCA is stable between 110-120 mg/L,and the scale inhibition rate of water samples with calcium ion content of 1000 mg/L reaches 95%when the dosage of SIP is 20000 mg/L.
