习近平"共同价值"理念从"现实的人"出发,是基于全人类共同利益的基本立场,着眼于人类社会共生性关系的现实而生发出的人类命运共同体价值。其在国际范围内的传播彰显了全球化浪潮中人类共同价值诉求,是话语霸权下中国重塑国际话语权的必然选择,是廓除普世价值谜障、打破西方价值偏见、调和全人类价值共识与单个共同体价值之间矛盾的必要之举,也是新时期树立中国大国形象、实现大国复兴的题中应有之意。

Xi Jinping’s concept of"Common Values",starting from"realistic people",is the fundamental position based on common interests of all mankind,and the value of human destiny community generated from the focus on the reality of the symbiotic relationship of human society.Its dissemination in the international communities demonstrates the common value appeal of mankind in the wave of globalization,which is the inevitable choice for China to reshape the international discourse power under the discourse hegemony;it is a much-needed attempt to remove the riddle of universal value,break the western value bias,and reconcile the contradiction between the consensus of value of all mankind and the value of a single community;it is also the proper meaning of establishing the image of a great power and realizing the national rejuvenation in the new period.
