摘要
带式输送机是煤矿中运输煤炭的重要设备.为了解决煤矿带式输送机电费成本过高的问题,基于带式输送机变速控制技术,将分布式可再生发电设备引入到带式输送系统运行过程当中;通过对带式输送机带速、煤流量的协调控制,实现设备的满载运行和分布式能源出力的本地消纳;进而引入分时电价,通过对带式输送机运行参数和蓄电池充放电功率的协同优化引导转移设备高电价时期负荷,实现带式输送机能耗和运行成本的降低.首先对含风机、光伏和蓄电池的煤矿带式输送机系统进行建模,建立带式输送机动态能耗模型,构建以运行成本最低为目标、以分布式能源发电消纳为约束的带式输送机与蓄电池协同经济调度策略.算例验证表明:应用所提控制策略可显著减少带式输送机能耗和设备磨损,并节省设备电费成本达38.39%.在此基础上分析了蓄电池容量和带式输送机带速变化率对调度结果的影响,结果表明合理的储能容量和带速变化率取值对带式输送系统经济运行至关重要.
The belt conveyor is important equipment for coal transportation in coal mines.In order to solve the problem of the high electricity cost of the belt conveyor in coal mines,distributed generation was introduced into the operation process of the belt conveyor system based on the technology of variable speed control of the conveyor.Through coordinated control of the speed and feed rate of the belt conveyor,a full-load operation state of the equipment and local consumption of distributed generation can be realized.The time-of-day tariff was introduced to transfer the load during periods of high electricity pricing by optimizing the operating parameters of the belt conveyor and the charging/discharging power of the battery so as to reduce energy consumption and operating costs.First,a model of a coal mine belt conveyor system with wind turbines,photovoltaic battery is proposed,and a dynamic energy model of the conveyor is established.A coordinated economic scheduling model of the belt conveyor and battery is proposed,which was constrained by consumption of the distributed generation,aiming at the lowest operating cost.An example showed that the proposed control strategy significantly reduced energy consumption and equipment wear of the belt conveyor,and saved 38.39%of the electricity cost.On this basis,the influences of storage capacity of the battery and ramp rate of the belt speed on dispatching results were analyzed.Results showed that reasonable storage capacity value and belt speed ramp rate were very important for economical operation of the belt conveyor system.
