从肺结核患病学生角度看高校结核病防控现状

Current Situation of Tuberculosis Prevention and Control in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Students with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的描述本市高校肺结核学生患者的患病体验,了解本市高校结核病防控工作情况。方法选择2018年4—8月在同济大学附属上海市肺科医院诊治的本市高校肺结核学生患者14例,采用半结构式访谈法对其进行深入访谈,对获得的访谈资料进行整理分析。结果14例患者均完成访谈,共提炼出4个主题,分别是多数学生患病后选择在校内隐瞒或部分隐瞒病情、患病学生普遍感觉高校对结核病防控工作重视度不够、多数学生感觉患病后在校内未得到足够的关心、患病学生认为学校缺乏有效的结核病防控措施。结论本市高校师生对结核病的认识不足、对结核病防控工作的不重视,是导致本市高校结核病防控体系执行现状存在不足的重要原因。高校应根据其学校特点,与卫生健康系统协同制订相应的结核病防控措施及方案,并完善本市高校结核病的预防与控制体系,从而有效控制高校结核病的发生。

Objective To describe the experience of students with pulmonary tuberculosis in the colleges and universities in Shanghai,thus to understand the prevention and control of tuberculosis in the colleges and universities in Shanghai.Methods Fourteen students with pulmonary tuberculosis from the colleges and universities in Shanghai who were diagnosed and treated in Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital affiliated to Tongji University from April-August 2018 were selected for and received a semi-structured in-depth interview,and then the obtained interview data were collected and analyzed.Results Upon the interview of all 14 patients was completed,following four themes were extracted:most of the students choose to hide their illness in school or in part,students with pulmonary tuberculosis generally feel that the university does not pay enough attention to tuberculosis prevention and control work,most students don't get enough attention in school after they feel ill,students with pulmonary tuberculosis feel that the school lacks effective tuberculosis prevention and control measures and supervision.Conclusion The lack of awareness of tuberculosis among teachers and students in the colleges and universities in Shanghai and the lack of attention to the prevention and control were important reasons for insufficient implementation of the tuberculosis prevention and control system in the colleges and universities in Shanghai.Colleges and universities should,according to their realities,formulate corresponding tuberculosis prevention and control measures and programs and improve the prevention and control system of tuberculosis on campus in the cooperation with the health system,so as to effectively control the occurrence of tuberculosis in colleges and universities.
