摘要
针对目前我国北方农村供热工程所存在的问题,本文提出了使用沼气户用微型热电联供装置(MCHP)进行供暖的新技术路径,并提出了相应的MCHP装置及其系统的设计方案。为了减小开发风险、缩短开发周期、减少试错的次数,本文构建了一种基于Modelica/Dymola平台的动态仿真模型,该模型相比目前已有的CHP仿真模型在辅助设备研发方面有其独特优势。借助该模型,本文验证了所设计的MCHP的热管理系统和采暖系统的有效性,探讨了MCHP箱体内冷却方案的合理性,以及冷启动、防冻结运转等瞬态过程的控制方案的有效性。
In view of the problems existing in the clean heating projects in rural areas of northern China, a new technical route for clean heating by using biogas household micro combined heat and power system(MCHP) is proposed in this paper, and the corresponding design scheme of MCHP device is also proposed. In order to reduce the technical risk and shorten the development cycle, we construct a unique dynamic simulation model based on Modelica/Dymola platform,which has advantages in assisting the design and development of new device compared with the existing models. With the help of this model, we verify the effectiveness of the designed MCHP thermal management system and heating system, the rationality of the cooling scheme in the MCHP device envelope, and the effectiveness of the control scheme for the transient process such as cold start and antifreeze operation.
