摘要
本文对不同滤网结构吸油烟机的集排油烟性能展开了实验测试研究。在大空间实验室内部搭建了一住宅厨房,选取了2种滤网结构吸油烟机(A凹形滤网结构、T凸形滤网结构),测试了静态油加热过程中呼吸区PM2.5、PM10油烟颗粒浓度变化特征。结果表明,A凹形滤网结构吸油烟机具有更好地集排油烟性能。T吸油烟机运行条件下呼吸区油烟颗粒浓度大约为A吸油烟机运行条件下相应浓度的1.9~3.6倍。
In this paper, the capture performance of range hood with different filter structure is studied experimentally.A residential kitchen was built in a large space laboratory, and two range hoods with different filter structure(A of concave filter structure and T of convex filter structure) were considered. The fume particle concentration of PM2.5 and PM10 in the breathing zone were monitored during oil-heating process. The results show that A of concave filter structure has better capture performance. The fume particle concentration under T operating condition is about 1.9~3.6 times of the corresponding concentration under A operating condition.
