摘要
操纵力和驾驶室主要部件的空间布局是影响土方机械司机踏板操作工效性的主要因素。搭建驾驶室踏板操纵力试验台架,招募具有工程机械驾驶经验的男性司机16名,在试验台架上模拟踏板操作任务,利用Primus RS(模拟仿真测试评价训练系统)调整踏板操纵力大小,记录被试执行踏板操作时对操纵力大小的主观感受,对所测数据进行统计分析,得到司机左右脚踏适宜力推荐值分别为14~40 N和10~34 N,研究结果对土方机械驾驶室工效学设计及评估具有实际应用价值。
Both the manipulating force and the spatial layout of the cab’s main components are the major factors affecting the ergonomics of the driver’s operation on the pedal of the earth-moving machinery. The experimental installation is set up,in order to test the manipulating force of the cab pedal. 16 male drivers with the experience in engineering and machinery driving are called upon to simulate the pedal operation on the experimental set-up. The manipulating force is adjusted by means of Primus RS(system for simulation,test,evaluation and training). The subjective feelings of manipulation are recorded when the force is exerted on the pedal. Based on the statistical analysis,the recommended value for the force exerted on the driver’s left and right feet is 14 ~40 N and 10 ~34 N respectively. The results are practical for ergonomics design and evaluation of the earthmoving machinery’s cab.
