摘要
对单颗高强螺柱贴应力应变片,试验测得拉应力、弯曲应力、扭转应力、切应力数值,通过两种有限元分析方法对高强螺柱建模分析,对比分析结果与试验数值,选取可靠的分析方法。再对多颗高强螺柱贴应力应变片进行测试,应用单颗螺柱得到的分析方法对多颗螺柱进行有限元分析,对比分析结果与试验结果,得到高强螺柱的可靠性分析方法。
For a single high-strength bolt with stress-strain gauge,a series of tests are conduct to identify the values of tensile stress,bending stress,torsional stress and shear stress. For the ANSYS finite-element analysis,two methods are adopted to model and analyze the high-strength bolt,compare the results with those obtained from the tests,and select the reliable analytical method. Then,a series of tests are conduct on multiple high-strength bolts with stress-strain gauge;with the aid of the analytical method based on a single bolt,multiple bolts are subject to the finite-element analysis. These analytical results are close to those obtained from the tests,and as a result,the reliability of the analysis on high-strength bolt connection is ensured.
