摘要
电池储能系统通过控制发出和吸收能量,可以有效地补偿风电功率预测误差。文中在建立补偿预测误差的储能系统充放电控制策略时,计及了储能系统荷电状态极端变化的限制,提出了常规控制策略的修正式,提前调整荷电状态的变化,避免出现过充过放的现象,达到了既保护电池储能又增强补偿误差效果的目的。并在此基础上,以补偿预测误差效果最优为目标,提出了储能系统最优容量配置的方法。仿真结果表明,修正后的控制策略具有更优的补偿效果,并且能够大幅降低储能系统的容量配置。
The battery energy storage system can effectively compensate the prediction error of wind power by controlling the emission and absorption of energy.In this paper,when establishing the charging and discharging control strategy of the energy storage system to compensate the prediction error,the limitation of the extreme change of the state of charge of the energy storage system is taken into account.The correction formula of the conventional control strategy is proposed,and the change of the state of charge is adjusted in advance to avoid the occurrence.The phenomenon of charging and discharging has achieved the purpose of protecting the battery energy storage and enhancing the compensation error effect.On this basis,aiming at compensating the optimal effect of prediction error,the optimal capacity allocation method of energy storage system is proposed.The simulation results show that the modified control strategy has better compensation effect and can greatly reduce the capacity configuration of the energy storage system.
