一种丁香酚表面活性剂的合成及纳米微球的制备

摘要 以丁香酚为原料,采用甲酯化、醚化和皂化反应成功合成了一种丁香酚基羧酸盐表面活性剂(Eu-10),并通过表面张力法和荧光探针法研究了其表面活性。在室温下,Eu-10的临界胶束浓度(cmc)为3.98 mmol/L。Eu-10内含有可聚合的不饱和双键。以Eu-10为乳化剂和共聚单体,采用乳液聚合法成功制备了苯乙烯和Eu-10共聚的纳米微球。利用扫描电镜和透射电镜等技术对样品的结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明,由于Eu-10具有两亲性,得到的纳米微球具有核壳结构。考察了表面活性剂浓度、引发剂浓度和聚合温度对纳米微球的粒径影响。通过调节多种因素可以有效调节纳米微球的粒径。该体系充分利用了天然产物丁香酚的结构特征,拓展了天然产物在新材料制备方面的应用。 A eugenol-based carboxylate surfactant(Eu-10)was successfully synthesized from eugenol by methyl esterification,etherification and saponification.The surface activity was investigated by surface tension method and fluorescent probe method.The critical micelle concentration(cmc)of Eu-10 was 3.98 mmol/L at room temperature.Eu-10 contains an unsaturated double bond.Nanospheres copolymerized by styrene and Eu-10 were successfully prepared through emulsion polymerization using Eu-10 as emulsifier and monomer.The structure and morphology of the samples were observed by scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope.The results showed that due to the amphiphilicity of Eu-10,the nanospheres thus obtained had a core-shell structure.The effects of surfactant concentration,initiator concentration and polymerization temperature on the particle size of nanospheres were investigated.The particle size of the nanospheres could be effectively adjusted.This surfactant derives from the natural product eugenol and expands the application of natural products in the preparation of new materials.
